Monetize a global platform while encouraging human connection

Skype continues to grow, and so does the opportunity to identify new channels for driving revenue. RelativeSet, in partnership with Microsoft Yarn, developed a strategy that would deliver consumer value, encourage collaboration, and drive revenue. We call it “The Activity Center.” Similar to an app market place, we envisioned a destination that taps into a broader community of creators and engineers, inviting them to build and sell experiences that are meant to be shared within a peer-2-peer environment, inspiring collaboration amongst friends and family. This adds the option of mixing business and fun into everyday conversations.
